Index Nogales is a manufacturing Export Business Association, located in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. We represent 107 companies with more than 50,000 direct jobs.

The financial investment of all maquilas in Nogales, Sonora comes from the United States, France, England, China, Germany, and Mexico. Booths 3X3 Meters, they are constructed of metal frames & acrylic walls.

Each booth includes:

1 Table, 2 Chairs, 1 Table Cloth, and 1 Power Outlet 120V.

Exhibitor fees include two lunch tickets per booth, any additional ticket $22 USD.

Power outlet: If you need to plug in several devices please bring your own power strip.

Internet access will be provided, ask about the internet connection in reception area.

EXHIBITOR FEES:

Exchange Rate: $22.00 MXN by $1 USD.

3x3 Meters normal booth cost $500 USD.

3x3 Meters corner booth cost $550 USD.

REGISTRATION

We cordially invite you to participate in the Expo. All participants must abide by the following rules:

Exhibitors (Manufacturers and Suppliers):

1. Registration fees must be paid by no later than new notice.

Once payment is received your Booth will be assigned. If payment is not received it will be given to someone else on the waiting list.

2. You may start setting up your Booth on new notice.

Visitors:

1. The opening ceremony is scheduled for 10 a.m. Exhibitors, vendors and Sate Government Officials will participate.

2. Expo hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

3. Exhibitors will present their products and services

4. Parking is available.

5. Medical services will be available in case of an emergency.

6. Expo will close at 6 p.m.
